We understand that seeing a higher-than-expected charge can be concerning. Below are the most common reasons this may happen:
Renewal Charges
If your renewal charge is higher than your initial payment, it may be because your first purchase included a special promotional or discounted rate. After the promotional period ends, subscriptions renew at the standard annual price.
Add-ons During Purchase
At checkout, optional add-ons or complementary products may be selected along with your main subscription. These items increase the total charge. Check your order details to see a full breakdown of the items included in your purchase.
You can access your order information through our Purchase Finder Portal. To locate your order, you will need the email address used at checkout and either your order number or the last four digits of the card used. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your invoice, subscription details, and billing history.
Annual vs. Monthly Billing
Some subscription plans display the equivalent monthly price (for example, $3 per month), but are billed as a single annual payment (for example, $36 for a 12-month subscription). This means the full yearly amount is charged upfront.
We recommend reviewing the billing cycle (monthly or annual) and total amount displayed at checkout to confirm how and when you will be charged before completing your purchase.
